About the Role
Join a reputable multinational BPO firm as a Customer Service Executive based in Kolkata, working on an International Voice Process mainly serving the e-commerce sector. This role involves direct interaction with customers through inbound calls to address queries and provide solutions efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received via inbound voice calls.
- Deliver timely, precise, and professional customer service solutions.
- Strive to maintain a superior level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Adhere to quality benchmarks and accomplish designated performance targets.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the internal system.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum educational qualification of 10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) or higher.
- Applications accepted from graduates, undergraduates, freshers, and experienced individuals.
- Strong command over English and Hindi communication is essential.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts and rotate shifts as scheduled.
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
Work Schedule and Benefits
- Work location is in Kolkata, requiring presence at the office.
- Working hours include night shifts.
- Employees will have a 5-day work week with two rotating days off each week.
- Provision of one-way cab service for transportation during odd working hours.
Compensation
The total monthly cost-to-company (CTC) is ₹27,000, with an in-hand salary of ₹24,000 per month.
