Customer Service Executive - Voice & Chat with Upselling Focus in Gurugram

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Customer Service Executives for our blended Voice and Chat operations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support to customers while actively recognizing opportunities to promote and upsell products and services. Working in a target-oriented setting, candidates must have strong communication capabilities and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through both voice and chat platforms.
• Provide outstanding customer service aligned with quality standards.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly upselling and performance targets.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance rules, and process guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support company objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must possess a graduation degree.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, BPO, contact centers, voice processes, chat support, or similar fields.
• Previous experience in upselling, cross-selling, or sales-focused customer service is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, equivalent to C1 level or higher.
• Ability to work rotational shifts covering 24x7 schedules.
• Must be willing to work from the Gurugram office location.
• Immediate joining is required.

Salary & Benefits

• In-hand salary ranging from INR 32,000 to INR 33,000 monthly (42,000 INR monthly cost to company).
