International Customer Service Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Executives for our international voice support team. Selected individuals will manage inbound customer calls, addressing both technical and non-technical queries while ensuring a high-quality support experience.

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to various issues promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose customer problems and offer appropriate solutions effectively.
• Maintain politeness and professionalism during customer interactions.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records and call documentation.
• Adhere to company policies and consistently achieve daily performance targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service quality is upheld at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Open to freshers and graduates without degree requirements.
• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting processes.
• Committed to a customer-first mindset and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-moving work environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Graduates with 6 months' experience in international or domestic customer service roles are also encouraged to apply.

Job Details

• Process: International Customer Support via Voice channel.
• Compensation: Annual package ranges from 300000 to 400000 INR.
• Monthly take-home pay: Between 18000 and 25000 INR.
• Work Locations: Gurugram and Noida.
• Work Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts applicable.
• Transportation: Cab facilities provided for pick-up and drop-off.
• Joining Timeframe: Immediate joiners preferred.
