Key responsibilities

The Recruitment Consultant will manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery process for Archer's partner clients. The role is designed for someone who can shift from handling service queries to actively driving recruitment outcomes and building trusted client relationships.

Candidate profile

This opportunity is aimed at customer service professionals who want to move into recruitment, even if they have no prior recruitment background. Applicants should be commercially minded, motivated by progression and earnings, and comfortable working in an office environment in Dublin from Monday to Friday.

Compensation and rewards

The package includes a base salary and bonus of €38,000, plus commission with no upper limit. Archer also references average total compensation of €47,000+ in year 1, €75,000+ in year 2, and €100,000+ in year 3. Additional incentives include all-expenses-paid trips abroad, all-inclusive events and activities, and quarterly rewards.

Eligibility

Applicants must have at least 2 years of commercial or customer service experience, such as customer service, customer success, customer retention, client services, or client experience. They must also be available to work onsite in Dublin city centre Monday to Friday and hold either an EU passport or a Stamp 4 visa.
