About the Role
The position is for an International Voice Process Executive located in multiple Bengaluru offices including BTM Layout, Marathahalli, Manyata Tech Park, and Whitefield. This role involves managing international customer interactions to provide exceptional service and resolution support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through voice calls to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy while handling customer interactions internationally.
- Adhere to company protocols and contribute to a positive client experience.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Must have excellent English communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts as required.
- Possess strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joining availability is preferred.
