Job Opportunity
The company is looking to hire Customer Support Executives for international processes involving voice, chat, and blended communication channels. The roles are located in Pune across areas such as Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, Yerwada, Hinjewadi, and Kharadi.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries through phone calls, chat, and email.
- Deliver accurate and prompt solutions to customer issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company procedures and quality benchmarks.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Candidates from any educational background, graduates or undergraduates, are welcome.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply; minimum six months of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts corresponding to US, UK, and Australia time zones.
Salary and Benefits
- Freshers can expect an in-hand salary between ₹22,000 and ₹25,000.
- Experienced candidates will receive an in-hand monthly salary ranging from ₹32,000 to ₹53,000.
- Annual CTC packages vary from ₹3.5 lakhs to ₹7 lakhs, supplemented by attractive and sometimes unlimited performance incentives.
- Additional perks include both-way cab facilities and participation in employee engagement activities.
Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts based on US, UK, and Australian schedules.
- Five working days per week with two rotational weekly offs.
