Job Overview
We are seeking candidates experienced in international voice process customer support. This is a full-time position at our Ambit IT Park facility in Ambattur, Chennai. We prefer immediate joiners who are ready to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing customer support through voice channels for international clients.
- Managing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of six months hands-on experience in international voice support.
- Strong proficiency in English communication.
- Graduation qualified (UG or PG) from any discipline.
Additional Details
- Shift pattern: 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts, approximately 9 hours per shift.
- Workweek: 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Transport: Two-way cab service provided.
- Salary: Annual compensation of INR 350,000.
