Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process

Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Technical Customer Service Executives to join our team focused on international voice support. The primary role involves assisting customers by resolving their technical queries efficiently while fostering a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls addressing technical concerns of customers.
• Identify and troubleshoot fundamental technical problems.
• Deliver accurate and prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
• Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further action.
• Document details of customer interactions comprehensively.
• Achieve targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in customer service voice processes is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-resolution capabilities.
• Basic knowledge in technical troubleshooting.
• Customer-focused mindset paired with a positive demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is beneficial.
• Fresh graduates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

• Work location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), India.
• Workweek: 5 days per week, with 2 rotating days off.
• Shift pattern: Rotational shifts.
• Transportation: Shuttle cab service provided to and from work.
