About the Opportunity
ASUS is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to support overseas distributor operations in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving technology environment, coordinating across teams, and contributing to accurate order processing, logistics execution, and customer satisfaction.
The position involves close collaboration with Sales, customers, internal stakeholders, and manufacturing sites to keep deliveries on track, documents accurate, and collections moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment and logistics coordination for overseas distributors with accuracy and efficiency.
- Enter demand into the internal system and submit planning updates as required.
- Prepare proforma invoices according to allocated orders.
- Create and circulate weekly account statements.
- Coordinate with Sales teams to support timely customer payment collection.
- Organize deliveries according to applicable incoterms, control delivery-related costs, and prepare export paperwork such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Track shipment progress across global manufacturing locations and keep stakeholders informed of delivery timelines.
- Handle shipments related to letters of credit, ensure export documentation is correct, and submit LC documents on schedule.
- Follow through on transactions until payment is received.
- Prepare refund and rebate documents carefully and process them within required timelines.
- Work closely with customers and Sales to provide logistics and order support.
- Respond quickly to customer requests and enquiries.
- Take initiative in supporting both internal and external teams whenever additional assistance is needed.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- A diploma or advanced/graduate diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or field is necessary.
- Strong Mandarin proficiency is essential because day-to-day communication and coordination with the headquarters will be conducted in Mandarin.
