Customer Service Advisor with Cross-Selling for Entel / Remote Position

Role Overview

We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join our team remotely, supporting Entel Peru's inbound campaign. The primary responsibility involves providing customer assistance, addressing inquiries, solving issues, and handling complaints from both current and potential Entel users (prepaid and postpaid plans). After resolving customer concerns, the advisor will promote and finalize suggested sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert advice and solutions regarding customer queries and concerns.
• Manage both current client needs and prospective customer engagement.
• Complete the sales process by effectively closing suggested sales at the end of interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in call centers, specifically in customer service, sales, cross-selling, or retention roles.
• Completion of secondary education.
• Availability to work entirely remotely.
• Access to necessary remote work tools such as a laptop or desktop computer.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn continuously.

Work Conditions and Schedule

• Full-time position with a weekly shift of 48 hours.
• Shift window from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including 8 hours of work plus 1 hour break.
• One rotating day off every week.

Training

• Paid remote training lasting 12 days consisting of theoretical lessons and on-the-job training (OJT).
• Theory training hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Daily training payment: S/12 for theory days and S/20 for OJT days.
