Customer Service Advisor with Cross-Selling for Entel Peru - Fully Remote Inbound Campaign

Position Overview

Join the Entel Peru inbound campaign as a Customer Service Advisor responsible for delivering expert assistance and solutions to current and prospective Entel users, supporting both prepaid and postpaid services. The role includes addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues, and concluding interactions with suggested sales closures.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear and effective advice on customers' questions, problems, or claims related to Entel services.
• Identify sales opportunities and successfully close suggested sales at the end of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary education.
• Availability to work remotely from home.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Minimum of 3 months prior experience in a call center environment.

Work Schedule and Other Details

• Full-time, afternoon shift.
• Weekly work hours total 48.
• Work hours from Monday to Sunday between 1:00 PM and 12:00 AM including 8 hours of active work plus 1 hour break.
• Rotating rest days.
• Paid remote training consisting of 12 days of theory and 12 days of OJT.
• Theory training hours run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Training payment totals 204 Peruvian Soles composed of 144 for theory and 60 for three OJT days.
