Job Overview
The Customer Sales Executive serves as PepsiCo's market representative, responsible for strategizing, implementing, and executing collaborative business plans, as well as fostering long-term sales growth and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist distributors in expanding their operations by coaching and collaborating with distribution businesses or respective sales teams.
- Achieve secondary monthly sales targets and gross revenue growth in the market.
- Optimize route planning to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships within the market to improve net and weighted product distribution.
- Conduct one-on-one training and communication with sales representatives (PSRs), including establishing monthly targets.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of sales staff in the field.
- Manage distributor-related tasks such as appointments of hubs and spokes.
- Maintain distributor business health by adhering to joint business plans and ensuring effective recruitment and retention of sales representatives.
