Role overview

This 12-month fixed-term opportunity is with a leading lender and sits within a collaborative Customer Services team. The role is suited to someone who enjoys strengthening customer relationships, finding practical solutions, and supporting finance-related outcomes with a strong service mindset.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling contract changes and updates to customer accounts.
  • Assisting with direct finance applications and loan administration.
  • Reaching out proactively to customers whose loans are nearing maturity.
  • Talking through refinance, payout, purchase, and upgrade choices.
  • Working closely with customers, dealerships, and internal teams to keep processes moving smoothly.
  • Following lending rules and regulatory obligations in day-to-day work.
  • Providing a consistently positive customer experience across the full customer journey.
