Job Overview
This is a permanent, front-line customer service position based in Dubai, UAE across multiple healthcare centres. The role is designed for a fast-moving healthcare setting where the primary focus is to support patients smoothly through inquiries, registrations, appointments, and day-to-day service assistance.
Working Arrangement
The position follows an 8-hour rotating shift pattern, which includes night duty and full 24-hour coverage. Employees will work 5 days per week and must be prepared for weekends as part of the rota.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, courtesy, and a service-focused approach.
- Manage patient sign-ins, appointment bookings, and general service-related questions.
- Share clear and correct information about services, procedures, and operational steps.
- Help maintain an orderly patient journey and support the smooth running of the front desk.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve patient needs quickly and efficiently.
- Refer complicated situations to the appropriate department or team when necessary.
- Safeguard confidentiality and follow healthcare policies, procedures, and standards.
- Contribute to strong customer satisfaction and consistent service quality.
- Adapt to rotating shifts, including overnight duty and weekend coverage.
- Assist with administrative work such as patient records handling and system updates.
Requirements
- Applicants must be Emiratis and a Family Book is required.
- A high school diploma or diploma-level qualification is the minimum education requirement.
- Those open to shift rotation are encouraged to apply.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
- Good customer service ability and clear interpersonal communication are required.
- Flexibility to work around the clock on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is mandatory.
