Role Overview

As one of the founding members of our Customer Service team in Germany, you will play a crucial role in the early stages of our growth, engaging directly with customers to deliver outstanding service experiences. You will have the opportunity to shape our customer operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for customers from the moment they order their electric vehicle.
• Manage customer inquiries throughout their journey, ensuring they feel supported and delighted by our service.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to guarantee exceptional customer interactions every time.
• Support the management of the customer journey from contract signing through vehicle delivery and throughout the entire lifecycle of vehicle use.
• Ensure customer happiness by proactively addressing any challenges in vehicle usage with prompt, customer-centric solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within fleet management, automotive, after-sales support, leasing, or mobility startups.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to devise pragmatic, customer-first solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• A startup mindset with high adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and evolving context.
• Genuine enthusiasm for e-mobility and vehicle operations, coupled with self-motivation to refine and take ownership of efficient operational processes.
• Fluency in German at a native or equivalent level; very good English skills are a strong advantage for collaboration with our London-based team.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual gross salary range for this position is between 45,000 and 50,000 euros.
