About the Role
Om Mekhlin Networks is recruiting Customer Service Executives dedicated to sales and support roles within various sectors including automobile parts sales, Amazon vendor onboarding, and travel support for Ixigo. These roles are based in Gurgaon, Sector-20, Gurugram and Delhi-NCR region, offering a range of opportunities for freshers and experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell automobile parts and related services by managing inbound and outbound communications.
- Generate and qualify leads for Amazon vendor onboarding, assisting sellers with registration processes and documentation.
- Facilitate customer inquiries on bookings, cancellations, refunds and travel planning ensuring quality service in the Ixigo Travel process.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues and provide timely information through calls, chats, and emails.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th standard for sales roles; undergraduates and graduates can apply for lead generation and travel support roles.
- BBA graduates preferred for fresher candidates targeting the Amazon process; relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.
- Essential communication skills in Hindi and English with a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency including typing and MS Excel knowledge.
- Preference for candidates willing to work in rotational shifts in a BPO environment.
Salary & Working Conditions
- Salary range for sales executive roles varies from ₹15,000 for freshers up to ₹16,000 plus incentives for experienced candidates.
- Ixigo Travel Process roles offer a salary from ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 per month.
- Work schedule includes 6-day work weeks with rotational offs and shifts.
