Role Summary

We are looking for a versatile Growth Marketing Manager with strong communication skills and structured working style to lead and advance marketing projects and campaigns independently as we expand our marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects and campaigns from conception through delivery, consistently tracking deadlines and tasks with excellent organizational skills.
• Assist in designing, creating, and optimizing marketing funnels, mailing sequences, and landing pages to convert prospects into customers by ensuring cohesive design and content.
• Create engaging marketing assets such as graphics, short videos, and compelling copy for social media, ads, and website use.
• Implement and maintain technical setups including landing page deployment, tool integrations, and ensuring seamless technical operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Lead, enjoying significant freedom in execution while receiving feedback and support.

Candidate Profile

• Startup mentality: thrives in dynamic environments with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Experience: ideally 2 to 4 years in marketing roles, with a solid background and readiness for the next challenge.
• Campaign knowledge: understands modern marketing campaign frameworks, audience targeting, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
• Technical proficiency and tool affinity: familiar with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow), landing page builders, CRM systems, and tracking technologies; comfortable with digital software and systems integrations; appreciation for AI tools is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects without losing sight.
• Personable and communicative, eager to grow professionally and contribute to ambitious company goals.

Compensation

The gross annual salary ranges between 55,000 and 60,000 euros.
