About the role

TaskUs is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to help deliver an outstanding support experience for clients and customers. The role is centered on handling interactions with accuracy, speed, and professionalism while working in a fast-moving environment that values adaptability and consistency.

Success in this position means representing the company with a customer-first mindset, responding across multiple communication channels, and maintaining quality standards in line with client expectations.

What you will do

  • Respond to customer concerns quickly, work toward effective resolutions, and support high levels of satisfaction.
  • Look up information and provide timely, accurate answers through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Use internal and external knowledge sources to deliver reliable support.
  • Recognize issues that need escalation and pass them to the right internal team.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate resource when needed and record all customer details following standard procedures.
  • Spot recurring issues, report patterns, and communicate emerging trends.
  • Maintain professional call handling and meet the quality expectations set by the client.
  • Follow KPIs, operating guidelines, policies, and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Work closely with teammates, leads, and other departments to solve problems and share knowledge.
  • Attend required internal and external trainings or seminars.
  • Follow TaskUs policies and procedures at all times.

Technical and role requirements

  • Comfortable using Windows, Apple devices, Microsoft Office, and Google tools.
  • Exposure to customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting systems is needed.
  • Strong command of English, including reading and writing.
  • Minimum qualification: high school graduate.
