Role overview
In this position, you will help keep online spaces safe, appropriate, and reliable for users and businesses across social media platforms. The role involves reviewing digital material, applying policy guidelines consistently, and making careful judgments about content that may be sensitive, harmful, or inappropriate. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work with both Russian and English content.
The gross monthly salary for this role is €1,100.
Key duties
- Review digital material daily on a computer, including videos, news articles, images, political advertisements, and social profiles.
- Evaluate content against criteria such as age suitability, violence, sexual material, and political transparency.
- Apply content policies and handling procedures consistently while meeting service-level targets and performance metrics.
- Escalate issues, updates, or changes that may affect performance through the proper channels.
- Work with leadership on strategic initiatives when needed.
- Take part in all required internal and external training sessions, seminars, and development programs.
- Follow company policies, procedures, security expectations, confidentiality rules, and project-specific requirements.
Qualifications and skills
Candidates should be computer literate and comfortable working with Windows, Apple systems, Microsoft Office, and Google tools. Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk, Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools is also important. Strong spoken and written fluency in both Russian and English is required, along with the ability to read and write in both languages. A minimum of a high school education is needed.
The role also calls for strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, clear written and verbal communication, flexibility, coachability, resilience, professionalism, honesty, multitasking ability, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Well-being and support

This includes access to wellness coaching, resiliency training, counselling sessions, skills groups, and 24/7 support from the Wellness & Resiliency Team. The company also offers psychological health and safety programming informed by clinical psychology and neuroscience.
Content sensitivity notice
Some campaigns may involve disturbing or graphic material, including child exploitation and abuse, animal torture, gang violence, murder, hate speech, and pornographic content. Applicants should understand that exposure to this type of material may be part of the job. In rare cases, such exposure can contribute to distress or other mental health symptoms, especially for individuals sensitive to graphic content.
Additional information
TaskUs may reassign employees to other projects based on staffing needs, performance, and business requirements.
