Role Overview
The Customer Care Officer serves as the initial contact point for members and parents of the Multisport Academy. This position ensures a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience at every interaction, allowing the coaching and operations teams to focus on their functions without distractions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for member and parent inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide timely and professional responses to all inquiries, maintaining high service standards.
- Forward complex questions to relevant departments and monitor resolution progress.
- Assist prospective members with the enrollment process, guiding and directing queries appropriately.
- Coordinate with sports team managers to ensure smooth and accurate registrations.
- Resolve registration issues and keep members updated throughout.
- Develop strong relationships with members and parents, supporting them throughout their time in the academy.
- Collect feedback proactively, identify trends in complaints or drop-offs, and report suggestions for improvements.
- Assist retention programs through timely, professional, and consistent communication.
- Keep precise records of inquiries, registrations, and complaints.
- Generate reports on inquiry volumes, response metrics, and member satisfaction.
- Support operational tools including booking systems and payment tracking as needed.
Qualifications
- Preferred diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer service roles, especially in sports, hospitality, or education sectors, is advantageous.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer-facing or service positions.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities combining warmth, professionalism, and solution-orientation.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational skills capable of handling multiple simultaneous inquiries.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with members, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and Microsoft Office programs.
