Customer Care Executive

Role Overview

Policybazaar is seeking a customer-focused executive to support its service team in Gurugram. The position is designed for people who can communicate clearly, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and contribute to a positive service experience for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to respond to customer questions and concerns.
• Share correct information about insurance policies, premium calculations, and policy status.
• Pass unresolved issues to the relevant internal team and keep track of follow-ups so they are closed on time.
• Update customer details accurately in the CRM system.
• Deliver professional support that helps maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Work toward the daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals assigned by the team lead.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle customer questions politely and efficiently.
• Comfort with basic computer usage, MS Office, and email.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult or upset customers.
• Prior exposure to a call center or customer support environment is preferred.
• Both freshers and candidates with experience are welcome.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to any graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience. Immediate joiners are required.

Interview and Location Details

The role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, and the interview process will be conducted only in person. Virtual interviews are not available.

Compensation

The offered salary range is 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA.
