Customer Care Executive - International Voice Process

Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals for the International Voice Process team based in Bengaluru. This role offers a valuable opportunity for both fresh graduates and candidates with experience who aspire to establish or advance their career in the BPO and customer support sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with overseas clients, ensuring prompt and effective service.
• Address and resolve customers' questions and issues while upholding high-quality service delivery.
• Convey accurate information and propose suitable solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain professional demeanor in all communications to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Accurately record customer interactions and update system data accordingly.
• Achieve set benchmarks related to quality, productivity, and overall performance.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Prior experience ranging from none (freshers) up to 5 years is acceptable.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Strong skills in customer service and problem resolution.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Basic proficiency with computers and typing capabilities.
• Preference for candidates able to join immediately.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between ₹400000 and ₹650000.
