Customer Care Executive - Banking Domain

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer queries related to a range of banking services.
• Deliver accurate responses and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Uphold service quality standards in accordance with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
• Ensure thorough recording and documentation of all customer interactions.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of the company’s banking products and services.

Eligibility Requirements

• Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience.
• Applicants must have completed graduation as a mandatory qualification.
• Experienced candidates should be able to provide relevant documents including offer letter, experience letter, and recent salary proof (pay slips or bank statements for the last three months).
• Communication skills should be average in Hindi and English.
• Basic typing proficiency is necessary.
• Capability to read English text and translate it into Hindi is required.

Working Conditions and Salary

• Work schedule includes five working days per week with two rotational weekly off days.
• Salary package ranges from 13,500 INR to 16,500 INR per month, with freshers earning approximately 13,500 INR (in-hand: 13,500 INR) and experienced professionals earning up to 16,500 INR (in-hand: 14,500 INR).
