Job description
Overview
We are looking for experienced Customer Care Executives to join our team in an international voice-based BPO process. The role involves handling customer queries primarily related to telecom bills, ensuring outstanding service and client satisfaction within the US shift. Position is located at NSEZ, Sector 81, Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide resolution related to telecom services efficiently.
- Deliver timely and courteous assistance through voice communication channels.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, policies, and services to effectively assist customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Work in US shift hours as required by the role.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months experience in international BPO voice process customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension abilities.
- Any graduate or undergraduate candidates are eligible.
- Age limit up to 44 years.
Work Schedule
Two-day rotational weekly offs are implemented.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from 25,000 INR to 45,000 INR, with the target take-home salary up to 35,000 INR depending on experience.
