As the business's frontline representative, you will engage kindly and effectively with customers via phone, face-to-face, and email interactions. This role suits someone eager to learn and focused on creating a positive customer experience. Physical capability to lift moderate weights is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point for customers in person, on the phone, and by email.
• Offer knowledgeable advice on a broad selection of industrial products.
• Keep the store clean, well-stocked, and visually inviting.
• Adhere to safety regulations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous exposure to customer service or retail settings.
• Clear and positive communication skills both verbally and through email.
• A proactive mindset eager to learn continuously.
• Good physical fitness to meet the job's demands.
