Primary Responsibilities

• Prioritize customers in every task and decision you make.
• Engage with customers warmly to provide proud and attentive service.
• Ensure products and services are consistently available and well-maintained for shoppers.
• Handle merchandise carefully to uphold quality and guarantee customers receive items in optimal condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back areas.
• Adhere closely to department procedures and routines learned through training.
• Comply rigorously with company policies, including all health and safety guidelines.
• Support colleagues by assisting in other departments when needed.
