About the role
Keeta is an independent Meituan brand that is expanding food delivery services across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. The business is growing quickly in Qatar and is hiring a CRM Specialist to support user growth through in-app campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and promotional planning.
This position is suited to someone who enjoys customer engagement, refining campaign performance, and using data and AI to create measurable business results.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and run in-app promotional campaigns from start to finish, including campaign build-out, incentive structuring, and audience targeting.
- Support user acquisition, retention, and conversion through well-designed promotional initiatives.
- Manage and improve subsidy allocation across vouchers, delivery-fee offers, item discounts, and campaigns funded by merchants.
- Work with commercial teams to deliver jointly funded promotions with strong business impact.
- Review campaign outcomes, spot opportunities for improvement, and use data and AI-supported tools to sharpen performance.
- Track important campaign metrics, identify patterns, and make ongoing adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Merchant teams to deliver campaigns aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of relevant experience in CRM, growth marketing, marketing campaigns, or e-commerce operations.
- Practical experience running in-app promotional campaigns that contribute to growth and conversion.
- Good understanding of the Qatar market and prior exposure to local merchants is preferred.
- Strong analytical ability with experience using data to improve campaign performance; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Interest in AI tools and a willingness to apply them to improve marketing efficiency.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
