About the Role

Keeta is seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Business Development Specialist to help expand its merchant network and support overall growth. This position centers on bringing new restaurant partners onboard while also strengthening and developing existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find, approach, and onboard new restaurant partners throughout Dubai to broaden Keeta’s merchant base and market reach.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with current merchants and help increase their activity on the platform.
  • Assist with merchant onboarding, launch coordination, and operational setup so partners have a smooth start.
  • Collect merchant feedback and share insights that can shape operational improvements and strategy.
  • Work closely with teams across Operations, Marketing, and Product to support merchant growth efforts.
  • Track merchant performance and spot opportunities to improve engagement, growth, and overall results.
  • Offer daily support to merchant partners and serve as a dependable contact point.

Requirements

  • Previous local sales experience is required.
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory.
  • Strong ability to communicate, build relationships, and negotiate business deals.
  • Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, online platforms, or local F&B services will be considered an advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, merchant acquisition, sales, partnerships, or account management is needed.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable solving problems while supporting business growth.
  • Able to perform well in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment.
