Job description

Role overview

This is a fully remote opportunity in the United States, posted through a partner company that will handle applications and the rest of the hiring process. The position focuses on coordinating critical equipment logistics to protect network reliability, reduce service interruptions, and keep essential replacement stock moving efficiently.

The coordinator will oversee inventory accuracy, order flow, vendor coordination, reporting, and asset management in a fast-moving technology environment. The work supports rapid service restoration, stronger supply chain performance, and dependable customer commitments.

This role suits someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable juggling several priorities, and able to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key accountabilities

  • Handle equipment orders, procurement tasks, logistics movements, and proof-of-delivery records from start to finish.
  • Keep physical stock and system records aligned for critical spare assets, with routine reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
  • Work with vendors on repair schedules, replenishment timing, and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
  • Track vendor service levels, warranty status, and entitlement compliance, and escalate exceptions when needed.
  • Serve as a central contact for internal teams and stakeholders, sharing updates on equipment availability and expected resolution times.
  • Create operational reports, review inventory patterns, and provide visibility into compliance and performance measures.
  • Support asset lifecycle activities such as forecasting, planning, staging, and tracking of critical equipment programs.
  • Look for ways to improve logistics workflows, inventory precision, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help maintain continuous network availability and customer service goals.
  • Take part in shift schedules and/or on-call coverage when required to support 24/7 operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory control, or a closely related area.
  • Prior exposure to inventory tracking, order handling, and vendor coordination is preferred.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with MRP or WMS platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability, planning skills, and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Clear communication and strong stakeholder-management skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with the ability to deliver timely and accurate updates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Good problem-solving ability and flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.

Benefits

  • Annual compensation is competitive and depends on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Listed salary bands include $41,310 to $54,570, $42,975 to $57,299, and $45,021 to $60,027 per year in selected states.
  • Fully remote work is available to candidates anywhere in the United States.
  • Health, life, and lifestyle benefit programs are provided.
  • Benefits are designed to support physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
  • There are opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • The environment emphasizes innovation, reliability, and operational excellence.

Application and hiring notes

Applications are reviewed and managed by the partner company. Final hiring decisions, interviews, and assessments are handled by the employer’s internal team.

Privacy and data processing

Submitting an application means the partner company may process personal data to evaluate candidacy and share relevant details with the hiring employer. This is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
