The position focuses on planning and delivering high-impact marketing events that strengthen brand visibility, deepen customer engagement, and support revenue growth. You will oversee events from initial planning through execution and follow-up, with a mix of project management, marketing execution, and cross-team coordination.
It is suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and energized by fast-moving work environments. The role offers flexibility, room to grow professionally, and exposure to modern marketing tools and technologies.
What you will do

- Coordinate event logistics such as booth setup, shipping, staffing, materials, lead capture, speaker readiness, and webinar delivery.
- Build and maintain event plans, schedules, budgets, and project records to keep each program on track.
- Work with internal stakeholders, vendors, and creative partners to prepare promotional assets and event collateral.
- Align event activity with broader campaign plans and demand generation priorities in partnership with marketing leadership.
- Support pre-event promotion across email, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Manage post-event lead processes and partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
- Track event results and report on key metrics such as registrations, attendance, engagement, and leads produced.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams on target accounts, outreach plans, and lead handoff.
- Recommend improvements that increase event impact, attendee participation, and marketing return on investment.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, or a similar position.
- Proven ability to handle several events at once while staying organized and attentive to detail.
- Background supporting B2B marketing events, trade shows, webinars, or SaaS-related events is preferred.
- Familiarity with webinar and event platforms such as Cvent or equivalent tools.
- Experience working with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Comfort using project coordination and collaboration tools such as Monday.com and Slack.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with vendors.
- Ability to review event data and turn performance insights into practical recommendations.
- Willingness and ability to travel when needed for trade shows and company events.
- Self-driven approach with the ability to manage deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Benefits and compensation
- Base salary of $70,000 to $75,000 per year, plus annual performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Fully remote work setup with flexible working hours.
- Unlimited paid time off, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
- 100% employer-covered healthcare premiums for employees.
- 70% employer-covered healthcare premiums for dependents.
- Low-cost dental and vision coverage options.
- Employer contribution to a 401(k) plan.
- 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
- Technology stipend to help support a productive home office.
- Professional development reimbursement for continued learning and career growth.
- Opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing programs and customer engagement initiatives.
