Credit Card Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking proactive individuals for the position of Credit Card Sales Executive to join SBI at Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore. Freshers as well as experienced candidates who are motivated and target-driven are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers interested in SBI Credit Cards.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and available offers associated with credit cards.
• Generate sales leads by visiting various locations, gathering references, and engaging with potential customers.
• Meet or surpass daily and monthly sales goals to contribute to business growth.
• Support customers through the credit card application process and ensure all required documentation is collected correctly.
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.
• Maintain high service standards and adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Age Requirements: Freshers should be between 21 and 30 years old; experienced applicants should be between 21 and 35 years old.
• Educational Qualifications: Completion of 12th grade, any undergraduate degree, or B.Tech.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact well with customers.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Self-driven individuals with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Willingness to work primarily in the field and operate independently or collaboratively within a team.

Compensation Details

• For freshers: Monthly salary ranges between ₹24,000 and ₹25,000, with performance-based incentives potentially increasing total earnings up to ₹60,000 per month.
• For experienced professionals: Monthly salary ranges between ₹26,000 and ₹30,000, plus incentives that can raise monthly compensation to ₹65,000.

• Interview schedule is from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• Job location is at Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
