Creator Project Specialist - TikTok Shop - Germany (Third Party Associate)

About the Team and Role

The German Creator Team supports creators in scaling their TikTok Shop content through initiatives such as Seasonal Campaigns, Sales planning, and community engagement management. This role offers opportunities to engage in impactful projects, acquire hands-on ecommerce creator operations experience, and enhance skills in data analysis, creator interaction, project coordination, and cross-team collaboration.

As a Creator Project Specialist, you will serve as the primary daily liaison for creators, providing education on campaigns, offering support, and connecting creators with suitable brand partnerships to foster a vibrant and informed creator community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Creator Community by addressing inquiries and keeping creators informed about new app features, sales events, and Brand Days.
• Develop educational materials to guide creators in producing excellent content quality.
• Support brand presentations to creators, facilitating matchmaking between creators and brands.
• Conduct engaging online webinars and live presentations to connect with creators.
• Handle creator issues via ticketing systems, clarifying platform violations and assisting creators toward compliant behaviors.
• Perform simple data analysis to create bestseller posters shared within community chats to motivate creators.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce, creator operations, project management, customer service, or similar fields.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain concepts, confidently present, and engage audiences during live webinars.
• A community-oriented and approachable attitude, enjoying interaction with creators and building trust.
• Strong organizational skills capable of managing updates, presentations, tickets, and campaigns efficiently.
• Basic data analysis proficiency to extract insights and create clear, creator-focused materials.
• Proactive problem solver who takes ownership of issues and ensures resolution.
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce platforms, technology firms, or digital marketplaces.
• Background in business or creator operations.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational trackers and documentation.
• Aptitude for thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic work environments.

Hiring Note: This role is offered as a 6-12 month temporary contract through a third-party agency, which will be the legal employer. While you will work with TikTok, you will not be a direct TikTok employee. All employment terms, including payroll and benefits, are managed by the agency.
