Creator Manager

Job Overview

OddinPay is seeking a proficient Creator Manager on a contract basis to work remotely with an hourly rate range of $40 to $80. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and handling relationships with content creators and influencers, ensuring that marketing campaigns align with brand strategies from planning through to completion.

Key Duties

• Identify, pitch, and onboard creators on major platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Oversee campaign processes including briefing content, scheduling production, and approving final assets.
• Serve as the main liaison for creators, nurturing long-lasting, mutually advantageous partnerships.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on vital campaign metrics like ROI, engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
• Handle negotiation of creator rates, contract terms, and deliverables while adhering to budget constraints.
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to ensure creator initiatives support overall brand objectives.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, creators, and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable experience in managing creators, influencer marketing, or talent relations.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and current content trends.
• Strong negotiation prowess and familiarity with reviewing contracts and deliverables.
• Excellent organizational ability to juggle multiple campaigns and creator pipelines concurrently.
• Exceptional written and oral communication capabilities.
• Capability to operate independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setup.
• Experience working within distributed teams using digital project management software.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with influencer database tools or creator management platforms such as Grin, CreatorIQ, or Aspire.
