Overview
Join Google's Global Marketing team as a Creative Producer specialized in Search Marketing, playing a pivotal role in delivering compelling brand stories and integrated marketing experiences. This role requires managing multifaceted marketing projects that span multiple locations and time zones, ensuring cohesion and timely delivery across diverse teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire production cycle, maintaining well-structured schedules for intricate creative processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external agencies and production collaborators, handling project intake, scope definitions (Statements of Work), timelines, and budget management.
- Collaborate with internal Product Marketing Managers and creative leaders to convert strategic briefs into clear and actionable production plans.
- Mentor junior producers to uphold high-quality standards across all deliverables.
- Blend operational proficiency with creative flexibility to meet quality expectations despite shifting trends and dynamic environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading projects from conception to launch, with 8 years preferred.
- Proven ability to leverage AI productivity tools to address complex challenges and optimize workflows.
- Experience managing external agency partnerships, negotiating vendor agreements including scopes of work, and overseeing financial aspects of projects.
- Strong background in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and brand marketing.
Additional Information
The position may be based in San Francisco, CA or Google's Playa Vista campus in Los Angeles, CA, with potential opportunities in New York, NY as well. Candidates residing in Los Angeles or San Francisco will be considered with respect to local Fair Chance hiring ordinances regarding criminal history.
Compensation includes a salary range of USD 141,000 to USD 206,000 annually, plus a 15% bonus target, equity options, and benefits.
