We seek an accomplished Head of Marketing based in London to steer and advance the marketing division during a critical expansion phase. Reporting directly to the leadership team, the role commands full accountability for crafting and executing the comprehensive marketing strategy. You will helm a vibrant team encompassing Performance Marketing, CRM, and Content, driving customer acquisition, retention, brand positioning, and commercial success to establish a top-tier marketing function.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and govern an overarching marketing strategy that aligns closely with corporate goals.
- Lead and mentor three direct reports—Heads of Performance Marketing, CRM, and Senior Content Manager—providing oversight to a 10-person marketing team.
- Define clear marketing targets and OKRs to nurture a high-achievement culture focused on measurable outcomes.
- Manage the marketing budget and strategize media allocations across brand-building and performance-driven channels.
- Champion data-driven initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Refine the brand strategy to amplify market position and increase recognition.
- Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns encompassing digital and traditional platforms.
- Supervise paid advertising, SEO, CRM, lifecycle marketing, content creation, and customer engagement activities.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, agencies, and affiliated marketing groups.
- Represent marketing perspectives within executive leadership to influence key commercial decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of leadership experience in marketing within B2C sectors.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer growth encompassing acquisition, retention, and brand enhancement.
- Expertise in performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and brand strategy development.
- Proven experience managing large marketing budgets and optimizing media spend effectively.
- Strong commercial insight, combining analytical data with intuition for decision-making.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams blending analytical and creative capabilities.
