About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join us in Rotorua as a Court Registry Support Officer. In this position, you will provide vital assistance to the day-to-day operations of the Rotorua District Court by supporting administrative activities and delivering excellent customer service. Your collaboration with Court Registry Officers will help maintain the smooth running of court services.
Key Duties
- Assist courtroom operations and provide support during court hearings.
- Offer assistance to Judges and Court Registry Officers both inside and outside the courtroom.
- Deliver professional frontline customer service to court users.
- Handle court files, manage correspondence, and maintain registry documentation.
- Coordinate mail delivery, supplies, and general administrative processes.
- Support the jury service, including aiding jurors as required.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and data maintenance across court information systems.
Required Skills and Experience
Success in this role requires proven customer service skills. Candidates should be confident, adept at multitasking, flexible, and capable of adapting easily to changing circumstances. A willingness to tackle challenges and a strong motivation to learn are essential.

Salary Details
The annual salary range for this position is between $56,343 and $74,416, with the final offer based on skills and prior experience.
