Position Overview
We are seeking a Saudi national to join as the Country Manager/General Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role offers complete profit and loss accountability and requires leading and growing the company's IT and cybersecurity business within the Kingdom. The position involves developing strategic channel and vendor partnerships, directly handling major accounts, closing strategic deals, and fostering enterprise and government relations. The role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive revenue, market expansion, and long-term business success while ensuring adherence to local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the business strategy for Saudi Arabia aligning with group-wide regional and global goals.
- Identify market opportunities and emerging cybersecurity trends to develop effective go-to-market approaches.
- Lead the local team to deliver superior sales and service performance.
- Manage annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Drive sales and business development with hands-on leadership, particularly securing large, complex deals within enterprise and government sectors.
- Support market entry and expansion aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
- Enhance revenue growth through management of key vendor relations and growth of partner networks including resellers and integrators.
- Oversee sales activities, partner enablement programs, channel marketing, and customer networking.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through value-added distribution methods.
- Directly manage significant projects and leverage established relationships within Saudi enterprise customers.
- Serve as the principal liaison for strategic vendors in Saudi Arabia, optimizing profitability and fostering growth.
- Ensure successful product launches and partner training/certification.
- Handle customer satisfaction and manage escalations to uphold high service levels.
- Prepare reports for board and regional leadership and maintain coordination across corporate functions including finance, legal, HR, and marketing.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team across sales, technical support, projects, and operations.
- Oversee operational compliance with national regulations and promote a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks, ensuring business continuity plans are in place.
- Maintain strong engagement with Saudi governmental and regulatory authorities, ensuring business activities comply with local laws.
- Develop and execute a Saudization and localization plan to align with regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
- Between eight and ten years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales and management, including at least three years in a senior leadership or country manager capacity. Experience in corporate and multinational regional sales leadership roles is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of cybersecurity and ICT industry trends, vendors, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Strong expertise in channel sales, value-added distribution, and partner ecosystem management.
- Proven capabilities in leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning.
