Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy focused on enhancing current leaders and nurturing future leadership talent among co-workers to meet operational targets aligned with IKEA vision and values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess leadership, learning, and development requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Set and maintain high standards across functions, ensuring localization and communication of leadership and learning initiatives nationwide.
- Manage execution of the market’s training calendar effectively.
- Integrate digital tools and systems to streamline leadership learning and development programs.
- Apply learning and development KPIs and return-on-investment methodologies to track program effectiveness.
- Utilize the MyLearning management system to deploy and monitor leadership learning content.
- Analyze and measure learning program outcomes, adjusting approaches as necessary.
- Partner with People & Culture Learning Specialists to guarantee seamless operational learning activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pool of competent facilitators.
- Exhibit excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Collaborate on talent identification and development employing suitable strategies and tools.
- Advance succession planning, performance management, and workforce planning aligned with People & Culture strategy, reinforced by data-driven insights.
