Role Overview
In this counter-focused position, you will help drive store sales by delivering strong customer service and making sure company policies and procedures are followed. The role supports both in-store and online customers and requires close teamwork to keep the counter running smoothly.
Key Duties
- Help improve counter operations by making sure the right systems are in place and consistently used.
- Work closely with the team to create a positive experience for both in-store and online customers.
- Handle customer questions and complaints in an effective and professional manner.
- Support and train new counter staff so they understand the systems and processes used in the role.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do mindset.
- A strong focus on outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Good ability to manage multiple tasks at once, with careful attention to detail.
- Experience with cash handling and EFTPOS is preferred, but not essential.
