Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Counter Sales Executive to join our kids clothing showroom located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves engaging with customers directly at the sales counter, understanding their needs, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers approaching the sales counter with professionalism.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate children’s clothing products.
• Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Handle sales transactions accurately via cash, card, or digital payment methods and generate bills.
• Keep the sales counter clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
• Restock merchandise and maintain appealing product displays regularly.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the inventory department to verify product stocks and availability.
• Achieve daily sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education level of high school diploma or an equivalent certification.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to engage customers warmly.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations and billing software.
• Possess a friendly and customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.

Compensation

The role offers a salary between INR 15,000 and INR 28,000 per month.
