Role Overview
The Counter Sales Executive is tasked with handling customer transactions at our Indore outlet. Duties include accurately weighing and packing sweets and namkeen, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the shop throughout the day, and gaining skills in various stylish gift packing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Weigh and pack sweets and namkeen products efficiently for customer orders.
- Ensure the outlet remains clean and hygienic by performing daily cleaning routines.
- Develop knowledge of diverse attractive gift packaging styles to enhance customer appeal.
- Engage with customers courteously and provide outstanding service experiences.
- Actively promote and pitch the sale of sweets and namkeen products to increase sales revenue.
