Candidate Profile

• Possess over six years of experience in corporate turnaround, restructuring, or performance enhancement roles.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in operational restructuring and transformational projects.
• Adopt a practical, commercially-driven approach to delivering business change.
• Bring experience from consulting firms, industry roles, or restructuring on the lender side.
• Have a preference for operational turnaround work rather than insolvency-related activities.
