Job description
Role Objective
This position supports the Corporate Liaison Officer in handling requests related to the Freedom of Information Act 2014, Data Protection Acts, and Subject Access requests. Responsibilities include assisting with managing medical and legal claims, preparing for Inquests, and overseeing information requests within Corporate Liaison's jurisdiction.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification recognized by QQI.
- Prior experience within hospital or healthcare settings.
- At least four years in an administrative capacity, including a minimum of two years at grade IV level, demonstrating strong attention to detail.

- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
