About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent international non-governmental organization based in Albania for the position of Corporate Fundraising Officer. This vital role aims to build strategic alliances within the corporate sector and accelerate sustainable fundraising growth to enhance the organization's financial health and mission impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a corporate fundraising strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Discover and engage new corporate funding prospects, fostering enduring partnerships with donors, sponsors, and strategic collaborators.
- Maintain and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate partners to ensure sustained involvement and funding continuity.
- Craft tailored fundraising proposals, sponsorship deals, partnership presentations, and corporate funding requests.
- Handle negotiation and successful implementation of partnership agreements, sustaining robust stakeholder relations.
- Organize and supervise corporate fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, partnership activations, and fundraising occasions.
- Track and analyze fundraising KPIs, market trends, and partnership performance, applying insights to optimize results.
- Deliver periodic reports on fundraising outcomes, partnership impact, and financial status to stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting for fundraising programs ensuring sound financial planning and accountability.
- Act as the organization's representative at meetings, networking events, conferences, and corporate forums to bolster brand presence and reputation.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Public Relations, Communications, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in sales, business development, marketing, or corporate partnership management.
- Fundraising experience is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting sales or organizational growth objectives and developing strategic collaborations or managing corporate accounts.
- Particular experience in donor acquisition and fundraising considered a plus.
- Exceptional skills in relationship-building, negotiation, networking, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong abilities in communication, presentation, and proposal crafting.
- Competence in coordinating corporate events and partnership-driven fundraising campaigns is beneficial.
- Analytical prowess to monitor KPIs, assess performance metrics, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and project management expertise.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Albanian and English.
