About ASA Savings and Loans LTD

ASA Savings and Loans LTD is a financial institution currently operating across six regions in Ghana, catering to over 215,000 clients through 123 business units. The company requires Loan Officers in these regions: Greater Accra, Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, Central, Western, and Eastern regions.

Role Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients, disburse loans, and manage repayment installment collections.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in accounting books and specialized software systems.
• Develop credit plans tailored for organized groups.
• Encourage and mobilize savings deposits among clients.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) from an accredited institution.
• Possess proficient computer literacy skills.
• Be a Ghanaian national aged between 20 and 28 years.

Locations

Positions are available in Greater Accra, Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, Central, Western, and Eastern regions.
