Role overview
This role is for a Copywriter fluent in German, available for 90+ hours in July and August, with a chance to continue the collaboration afterward. The work requires availability during business hours and is centered on writing and refining product-related content for eCommerce channels.
Key responsibilities
- Create and adapt product page copy that aligns with brand and marketplace needs.
- Optimize written content for Amazon listings and related eCommerce use cases.
- Use provided keywords to draft, rewrite, and improve copy efficiently.
- Review text carefully and correct language, grammar, and consistency issues.
- Apply SEO principles to improve discoverability and content quality.
- Manage tasks effectively and prioritize deliverables to meet timelines.
Requirements
- Native-level German proficiency at C2 level and English at C1 level.
- Availability for at least 90 hours across July and August, with potential for extension.
- Ability to work during standard working hours.
- Proven experience writing copy for product pages.
- Proven experience improving content for Amazon marketplaces.
- Working knowledge of Helium10 is a strong advantage, especially for keyword selection.
- Solid understanding of advanced SEO practices.
- Strong proofreading skills.
- Comfort with rewriting content based on provided keywords and guidance.
- Good organization and time-management abilities.
Work arrangement
The engagement is freelance and offered through a B2B contract or a contract of service, handled via the Deel platform for international cooperation.
