About the Role

We are looking for an energetic individual eager to build a professional path in Social Media. As an integral member of the Social Media team, the Coordinator will act as a primary liaison for Disney Kids & Family social media initiatives, delivering high-quality support to execute these programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate creatively with the Social Title Marketing team on campaigns, supporting their progression from production to launch.
- Manage scheduling and uploading of social content and assets using content and asset management platforms, ensuring timely delivery according to campaign requirements.
- Generate work orders necessary for video and design projects.
- Organize and prepare weekly asset packages to assist social media managers with calendar planning.
- Liaise with Affiliate Sales & Marketing teams to organize video content creation for affiliate campaigns.
- Perform audits and upkeep of content across various platforms following campaign launches.
- Update internal documents such as rollout sheets, presentations, and campaign plans as needed.
- Provide additional support to the Social Title Marketing team, including serving as a backup for other department coordinators when required.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in social media roles.
- Familiarity with children’s programming.
- Active engagement with multiple social media platforms.
- Creative and proactive mindset with ability to work independently.
- Excellent creative writing abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective prioritization, multitasking, and adherence to deadlines.
- Quick adaptability to new systems and technologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of the social media environment.
- Experience using social media content management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Keynote.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position in Burbank, California, ranges from $52,700 to $72,300 annually based on a 40-hour workweek. Weekly hours may fluctuate based on organizational requirements. The final salary offer will consider internal equity, geographic location, job knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation may also include bonuses or long-term incentive shares and a full suite of medical and financial benefits, depending on position level.
