Role Overview

This position is centered on supporting product catalogue operations for local shops on the Talabat app. The role involves maintaining catalogue accuracy, resolving issues, improving workflows, and helping strengthen supply chain and inventory health.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and update content for product catalogues within the Talabat application.
• Review catalogue data, identify errors, and investigate complaints related to catalogue quality.
• Prepare reports on incoming tasks and completed work.
• Support supply chain issue resolution and contribute to better inventory health.
• Look for opportunities to improve internal processes and suggest practical implementation ideas.
• Manage daily assigned workload while maintaining required quality standards.
• Escalate potential quality concerns to the manager, investigate the root issue, and recommend corrective actions.
• Share process updates received from stakeholders with the Lead or Manager.
• Take part in process-related meetings and calls.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably with exposure to innovative business operations processes.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic, at an upper-intermediate level.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, with Excel skills considered an advantage.
• Good internet research and navigation abilities, especially when handling large volumes of information quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Comfort using systems accurately and quickly to meet team standards.
• Capability to analyze problems in depth, perform root cause analysis, and identify constraints before recommending solutions.
• Ability to stay calm in critical situations and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic is required.
