About the Role

M/s Sainik Bhojnalaya located in Sadar, Lucknow, is recruiting a skilled Cook/Chef to prepare North Indian, Chinese, and Fast Food cuisine. The role demands commitment to maintaining high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent taste and appealing presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook North Indian, Chinese, and Fast Food meals.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and visual appeal.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen area according to safety standards.
  • Manage inventory effectively to reduce food wastage.
  • Perform duties efficiently during busy periods.
  • Communicate and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Possess 2 to 5 years of experience as a Chef or Cook.
  • Understand and implement food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
  • Exhibit teamwork and maintain a positive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹22,000, depending on experience and skills.
