Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Executive to support our dispensary team by ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to quality and procedural standards.

• Ensure accuracy in medication dispensing, proper handling, and compliance with quality control guidelines.
• Coordinate scheduling and management of medication deliveries.
• Act as liaison with courier partners to facilitate timely pickups and deliveries.
• Supervise and guide the dispensary team to maintain operational efficiency.
• Dispense and package medications as prescribed.
• Execute administrative and dispensary duties as required to support daily functions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a diploma; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and precision.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including two night shifts, one weekend shift weekly, and on public holidays.
• Previous experience in medication packing or healthcare environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
